Horn

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A few days ago the horn started to give a short blast whenever the interior dome lite comes on or goes out. It also gives a short blast whenever I activate or de-activate the keyless entry system. Can anyone give me some areas to troubleshhot?
