2004 Paint & Power Steering

I have a 2004 GC Laredo Special Edition, with 11,000 miles on it. I believe the paint color is "Midnight" Blue. (A really dark blue) Dealership has buffed the paint out twice because of unbelievable amount of scratches showing up on it. More scratches with primer showing through in places. Has anyone else had problems? Also having problems with power steering, it keeps getting low on fluid but no signs of any leakage???? I am fighting dealership on both of these, would appreciate any/all advice. Thanks!
