Legallity issue
would it be legal to install a blower on a 73 full size blazer in california?
i know that currently its something like 75 and under is smog exempt but i know there are regulations about blown vehicles and which vehicles can have blowers. any info would be greatly appreciated.

Since I'm from Pittsburgh and not from CA I don't think I could say one way or another, LOL... Your best bet is to call your local CHP barracks and talk to one of their inspection officers.
