Toyota Starlet Heat Shield

Hi,

After fixing on a new exhaust system the heatshield just above the manifold started rattling. It is very annoying.

Look to fix this, but the bottom screw that attaches the shield is very rusted and I don't think it will come undone. If I could get it undone I would use a washer to reattach the shield.

Anybody have suggestions, and can I get away with keeping the shield off all the time?

cut the bolt drill a hole in the middle of what left to the bolt an take a scwew extractor take it off put new bolt in !

Or u can take that plate off don't need that!!
