Carbon fiber is strong with sheering but not compression, right?

There is some trade off with carbon fiber's strength but I forget in which way (in terms of direction of force applied).

What about slidding sideways and hitting a curb at 40 or 50 mph (not that I've done that before )?

Either way I think you guys are going to sell a lot of these. Better get a patent on the process you are using or everyone is going to be doing this.

the wheel has 71 differnt patents.....the fiber is uni directional......and it does very well with compression and shear....

Weh have sold 60+ sets in three days.....already 6 months out. We are just keeping up now I really dont want many more orders until the new plant is up and going
