TCC Solenoid, 89 corsica

Can anyone tell me how to replace this part without taking it a garage mechanic. I have my sensor unplugged, but sure would like to replace that TCC. Can it be done by myself, and where do I locate it. Thanks.

i just had mine(95 4cyl) done in a shop, and one single guy worked on it, so yeah i think it can be done by one guy, if u know what u are doing, he of course had a pneumatic jack to lift the car up in the air and all the right tools. It took him near 4 hrs to do the job. If i reacall the actual part was on like 30 something dollars, but a crap load of labor because he had to dismantle part of the trans to get to it.
