Re: many turbo questions

Ok, same advice as I just wrote to G35, DO MORE RESEARCH. If you don't know the differences of a 9b, a 13g or 15g, chances are you aren't ready to be upgrading.

1) Go to stealth316.com, read his turbo upgrade guide.

2) Go to G35's thread titled something like "turbos or intercoolers first" and read it ALL.

A turbo upgrade shoudn't be something you decide in a rush. You need to research or you will either waste a few grand, or blow an engine.

-15Gs, 3sx aluminum pulley, FMIC, SAFC, walboro pump, EVO 560ccs, and Meth Injection Kit all waiting to go in shortly.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

agreed, it took me probably a total of 4 months to decide which ones i wanted plus doing all the fabrication to get it to work. Of course, 18T's aren't direct bolt on like most of these turbo upgrades.

Re: many turbo questions

9b, 13g, dr500, 15g, dr660 are all the same size and will all bolt up withought modification, they are all TD04 housed. Flow is roughly in that order and so is price usually. Why exactally are you asking?

DR650
and don't forget the 17G.

Also don't discount the almighty 14b, 16g, Evo 16g swap

if your going to go with 14B's, you might as well pay for the td05 conversion so you can upgrade to bigger td05 turbos later on. For the 14B's, i'd rather go ahead and get 13T's
