manual 2000 GMC Sonoma "chuggs" in rainy/foggy weather after warm up its fine
My 2000 Sonoma "chugs" when i shift in rainy or foggy weather. After it warms up (I think something dries off) it runs great. Runs great all other times. I've taken it in for diagnostics but they couldn't duplicate the problem in dry weather. Help anyone! Thank you!

Cap and rotor?
Wires? plugs? Ever done a tuneup in the last 5 years?
