2002 Mountaineer clicking noise

I got the interior of my 2002 Mountaineer detailed recently. Ever since there is some sort of clicking noise seem to come from the instrument panel, may be some where inside. Every thing seem to work OK and no warning lights. May be a cable or some thing loose. Any ideas on how to fine the problem and fix it.

does it have a digital or anolog speedo because if its anolog then it could be the speedo cable or tach , does it do it at idle or just when moving?
