my car did this when my Camshaft Position Sensor went out. Luckily I knewwhat it was when it happened. It could be an option for you, but I'm not 100% sure. I don't know if there is a way to test it. Do you ahve a CEL?

i know you can pull the electrial plug off each fuel injector and test to see if they are getting voltage.

check them for resistance...I believe it's ~17ohm resistance per injector. check ur compression while ur at it. ~170psi per cylinder is about average, i think. As long as the least is no less than 10% below the highest.

The Fuel pump switch located in the trunk and accessed by a removable panel could have tripped if you had a sudden jolt. Just press the button on the top to reset it.

Check The Timing Belt. Take The Cover Off, If It Is Still On, Mark It With A Marker, Turn The Engine Over And See If It Changed Position

I was in a car accident and only hit the passenger back corner, my 95 escort acts like it wants to start but studders a little then its back to the drawing board of trying again, seems like your quote may be the answer, i'll try that and get back to you, Thank u, this web page is so great for people to use when u are low on funds and need a little help!
