Question wet carpet when it rains 98 & 2000 towncar

We are in the limo and corporate trans. biz in So. Cal. We have 2 town cars 1998 & 2000. Both have over 350k miles. carpet in both get wet, I mean saturated when it rains. Thought maybe door trim or??? Help. Anyone ever have this problem. Thanks, Mike Allison

Try Dereck in the UK. He's got a similliar business and does all his own Limo maintenance.

You'll find him over here....

Where is the carpet getting wet? In the front or rear of the Limo?

Couple things you may want to have checked...

Validate all the drain plugs are properly placed on the underbody of your Limo.

On my 98 Town car, I had a very similar problem in the front of the car and I had to seal several cavities in the engine compartment. i.e. where ever there was a cable entering into the car, I sealed and this corrected my problem.
