PVC valve removal install

1994 GC limited 4.0 , how do the PVC valves get removed from the valve cover ?? , tried a few times , but is too hard , and dont want to break it off in the rubber grommet , and have to pull the valve cover , the book isnt that helpful , thanks for your response

Re: PVC valve removal install

Try spaying a little PB Blaster around the base of the PCV, or get the engine warm and try then.

try to remove it after driving it, when engine has reached normal operting tempature. This makes it alot easier.

A bit of wisdom from school of hard knocks...

keep the PB Blaster OFF THE PAINT! It peeled the finish off my fender during a troubleshoot of a no start a month or so ago.
