Tranny mount question...... 97 JGC Laredo
Since I cannot seem to find any illustrations, I need to know what a healthy trans mount looks like. We have a 97 JGC Laredo 4.0, 2WD.
The rubber insert has a horizontal split at the top. Does anyone know if this is how it is supposed to look? I have been having some odd highway vibrations lately and last night I checked for noise at the diff, rear wheels, and drive shaft, but can't come up with anything concrete.
