In case you missed me...

Dumped the internet because spending $35.00 for a phone line and $20.00 for slow ass dial up was a waste of money. Blowing income tax money on an internet satellite (where I live we have no cable or dsl. Hell, sometimes I feel lucky to have power lines. Sure is peacefull though...) and will be back in action in a couple months. Meanwhile, the 86 notchback is comming apart piece by piece. Looking at media blasting and powder coating the bare skeleton this spring. Don't worry. I'll have pics

Happy Fiero'ing everyone...

Kurt

74-79 Ramcharger or 100, slant or no motor - not interested in v8 - Overdrive 4 is a big plus, NO hopeless rust buckets!!!
3Rd gen F body floor pans/camaro door skin (L)

Why is it I see so many "Proud to be an American" bumper stickers on the backs of cars made in Japan or Korea??????

Re: In case you missed me...

Powder rocks Good thing I work for a company that does it! (only $350 for media blasting and coating)

Can't say my project is a "restoration" though, it's more like an unholy sacreligeous reconstruction and modification of a classic automobile. Still, it's gonna look GREAT.

Re: In case you missed me...

There's alot of waste involved in powder coating,we dump at least 3 55 gallon drums of waste powder a week. (running 2 8 hour shifts 5 days a week) It's a shame to waste all that money, but powder never seems to spray and adhere right the second time,so in the trash it goes.
