Arrow Loose Lugnuts from dealer service

I need some advice... I took our Expedition to the dealer for service the other day and it returned with problems. It seems that the tech didn't tighten the lugs and balance the wheels when they were rotated. After a tow from the freeway back to the dealer and a day in the shop, they say it's fine. When we realized there was problem (violent shimmy in the steering wheel), it was observed that we had at least one lugnut missing. We were told that was the only one loose (right). The service manager took it for a drive and the shimmy was still there. A day later, they say the problem is solved, but I'm concerned about the potential for problems later created by their mistake. Anyone have any thoughts?? I'm afraid to accept delivery of the car for dear there's going to be more problems!

Call Ford directly and get their advice. Sometimes dealerships will work a little harder to make you happy if they know you're willing to complain to their suppliers.

Or just check the lugnuts yourself!

If they're tight, you're good to go.

If they're loose, tighten them...then you're good.

No problems would arise from this, except for damage to the wheels. But, the good part about that is that you can get down there yourself and see if there're any damage...
