94 olds 88 stalled after hard right turn

i was pulling into a parking spot turning all the way to the right. car stalled and will not start...has had symptoms of poor gas mileage,bottles when i accelerate how hard is it to check fuel filter ....is it located by right tire?

Fuel pressure regulator?

Fuel filter is located near driver rear side. You need to replace it in order to "check it"
