i had the same problem with my 99 blazer. i changed the master cylinder and the problem was fixed. it was the last thing i thought of. good luck

i didnt want to bother with him so i got with a friend and fixed it
autozone was charging me about 65 for 1 caliper though so i went to orilyes sp and luckily i found it there for 35.

but i gues we all learn from our mistakes, next time i will find a better mechanic or better yet do it myself
