97 grand cherokee lights?

I have a 97 grand cherokee with light problems,the dome lights would not go off at all,so i took the fuse out does any one no what it could be, also the parking lights does not work but the taillights come on, the headlights work fine but no parking lights. help!

stupid questions here from me, but did you check the bulbs for the parking lights? and is your dimmer switch turned all the up?
