Rear stop lights and indicator lights

The stop lights and rear indicator lights on my 1998 Dodge neon are out. I have changed bulbs, changed fuses but nothing works. The reverse lights work fine. What could be the problem?

Its your turn signal switch. The lever you use to turn you turn signal on with. That is what was wrong with mine. That our you brake switch witch is under the dash right behind the break pedal mine was white. It cost 15 dollars at my parts store the signal switch was about 52 dollars.
