Turn Signal Problem With Lights On

96 K 2500 Turn Signals Are Working Fine Untill You Turn The Lights On Then The Turn Signal Oppisite The One That Is Flashing Bleeds Through And Blinks The Taillight On The Oppasite Side Im Thinking Ground Wire, But Both Sides Do The Same Thing I Know The Problem Is In The Back When I Unplug The
Terminal Under The Bed And Test With A Gauge There Is No Bleed There. Also Lic. Plate Light Flashes Un Pluged It But No Change. Just Seeing If Anybody Else Delt With This Before

Go threw it and check the wiring/fuseing/relays.

I had that happen twice on my truck.

The first time one of the pins for the turn signal in the trailer wiring harness was bent over and touching the pin for the brake lights. That essentially made the hazzard lights come on when the brakes were pressed and the turn signal was on.

The other time, I had way too much voltage from the alternator and some of the lights literally blew apart inside. The filament for the brake light touched the filament for the turn signal, causing a similar situation.

I'd go through and check all the dual filament lights lights, even if none are burned out. A filament could have broken on one end and is contacting the other filament.
