Problem With Dimmer /panel Lights

I Have A 1996 Jgc, And The Lights On My Panel Seem To Go In And Out, I Adj The Dimmer Switch But They Continue To Go In And Out, Can Anybody Help? Thx

which panel are you referring to? I would check all your connections as one may have come loose slightly. Check your ground wire too.
