i know its crappy and sorta looks toony but WHATEVA... i had some problems with the window and stuff rest is cool i guess... did this pretty fast though so its all good

Two quick things,
No more lens flares, just annoys your viewer.

Stop with that heat haze crap, just makes the chop look silly.

Follow those and your on the winning path.

hehe i was looking more for somone to help me fix it more than admire it... i need help around the windowsheild and i find it difficult to like erase the little vents are...

erase the green on the rims, windscreen, and vents.

it takes practice but a steady hand and patience should get it right.

BTW: when erasing, to get a straight line click where you want the line to start, hold the "shift" key and click where you want it to end. another hint: erase the outline of the area first, then the middle.

and, lens flare can look OK..... just, but if you must use it, make it small.

other than that, nice and fairly clean.... but what did you do to it? i cant tell without the original pic.
