clarion radio warranty - 2002 sonata gls

Hi all, hope someone can shed some light on the warranty for the Clarion sound system. I am the second owner and do not have the "Owners handbook" mentioned in the "Owners Manual". The leds in the radio have decided to retire early. The dealer says the radio is only covered for 36 months, and it must be sent to a service center for repair. Any advise from the Hyundai experts would be appreciated.

Added - I called customer service and they were great. The warranty does expire 36k/36m. They will replace the missing Owners Handbook free of charge.

Now, has anyone changed these bulbs? HMAservice lists the unit as H290.
