rockford or kicker

I just wanted peoples opinions on which subwoofer to buy. Im looking at either the 15 inch rockford fosgate power stage 1 or the 15 inch kicker L7. I havent heard either of these and don't know which one would hit better or cleaner. I know they both will hit very hard but thats not all that i care about. Also the kicker is 1000 watts rms and the rockford is 600 rms but the kicker is cheaper but is it worth it to spend the extra cash on the rockford? Thanks for ne opinons and help.

actually i tell u what id say go for the L7 kicker youll get better bass response because the cone is 20 percent bigger. and well its a big name like rockford so u knwo its good. and besides stage ones are that glamourious.

ok well the power series is the highest one they make and there are only 2 stages.

Actually the TYPE RF are the highest one they make. The 15" TYPE RF is 4000w peak and 2000w rms, while the POWER is 2000w peak and 1000rms.

i'd say get neither if you want suond quality. If you want something that sounds good that is mainstream, JL audio is the way to go.

Oh I didn't know the RF was the highest made. Thats good to know also im not a big JL fan. My friend has kicker and I really like the way they sound but I also really like kicker.

Agreed. JL would be the way to go. But if I had to choose I would go with Kicker. Rockford went down hill years ago. They are
Jenson quality to me.
