what are the rpm,s on a neon with the 2.o motor while runnig about 65 miles an hour..thanks

i really cant tell, im looking at the motor and dont see nothing but 2.0 16 vallve . when im running about 65 mile hour, if im reading them correct they show about 28 or 29000rpms
