04 elantra brakes?
Could someone tell me if the brake pedal is supposed to go all the way to the floor? It's my daughter's car...she says they weren't like that until recently. Had dealer check brakes, said they were fine. Now, she's had an accident. Just wondered if it was driver error or car?

I do not think it should. I noticed that in your profile it shows a 2004 Elantra. Being its so new maybe you should take it in to have it checked.

no TSB's listed on the webtech site. I would definatly have the dealership look into the problem since it's so new. My elantra is 2 years old and I still have 40-50% of the life on the pads. I don't stand on my brakes all the time but I am aggressive at times with mountain roads and california traffic.
