I'm about to purchase an M3. Is this a good deal?
This is my 1st post. Should I purchase the following? It's a 2001 M3 convertable.
It's low milage with 18,000 miles on it. Will be under warranty bumper to bumper through 2008. It's loaded with a navigation system. I think I can get them down to $40.000. Would you buy it if you were me? Iv'e always wanted an M3. I really want this car. I plan on buying it, keep it for about 3 or 4 years then trade it on the newer body style M3. |

I just ran the car through the Kelley Blue Book private party value check, and a 2001 M3 vert' w/ 18,000 miles in excellent condition should go for $40-$41,000. Sounds like a good buy to me.
Personally I like the Coupe more then the Convertable, and you should be able to get a coupe for less, but if you like it, thats awesome. M3s are great cars.
