1998 dodge 3500 light problems

i got a 1998 dodge dieswel that the left headlight will not work....i put 2 new ones it in and the first one i put in it blew up and the second it worked for a while but now the low beam is out any suggestions in what it might be?

sounds like what was wrong with mine a couple weeks ago. Tires plus fucked up the wiring somehow and they shorted out. I only had highbeams for 2 days. Check the wires for anything that could cause a short.
