I must say the TPI is a more dependable system but,

The fact of the matter is, the LT1 likes boost better than a TPI car does. So we all know where my vote goes

i agree with ya guys about Lt1s and lot 3rd gen guys do it.. I just get sensitive on this topic.. I hate when ppl dog on the L98

If you put a set of vortecs on a L98 and a new cam it would absoluetely be kick ass! The LT1 has better heads then the L98 by far, but for me I like what I like and that is a good ole distributor. Not everyone on here is a 3rd or fourth gen camaro owner, I myself am a 2nd gen owner. I am not much of a fuel injection person myself since I am more of a hands on person. But to choose between a TPI or LT1, LT1 will get my choice. For the money the car already comes with really good heads and would be cheaper to build up then a TPI system. On the 3rd gen if you could, smog wise, get away with vortec heads then things would be different.

umm your correct in a way, but also there plenty 305 and V6 guys that own 3rd gens that do 350 TPI swaps as well
