4 Cyl. exhaust help!

I have a 2.7 98 tacoma. I installed a downey header, cut off the cat., and also had a ravin z-55 muffler put on. It sounds like one of those ricey import cars. I was wondering if any one had any suggestions that would really work to make my truck sound deeper and a bit smoother. I know its not a V-8 but it could sound better.
Note: the performance gains are awesome, but i am almost willing to sacrafice the extra power for a better sound.
