HELP my 99 just cut out on me

i was driving home after a fill up and the car just died like someone just shut it off i tried to start if but the only way it would start is if i held the pedal down then when it does start it runs really really bad please help if you could i dont even know where to begain to look

You might try this,in the underhood fuse box.

1)Remove Relay #15
2)Bend Out Pin 86
3)Re-Install Relay

That's IT! Your Fuel Pump is now in HIGH mode and will get you going down the road again if thats your problem.
