Question Changing brakes on 2001 gx

I was woundering is there anything special to changing brake on the car i changing all to ceramic is i know u hace to turn the piston around but what way has 44505 mile on it first set of brakes rotors good not to bad but might just change them t life time replacement

I just changed the front brakes and rotors. The OEM brakes are ceramic. And even if they weren't, you don't have to change anything when going to ceramic. The pad are the same shape. These are flat pads without clips. I don't know where you got the idea that you have to turn the piston around.
