Question Intake Gasket & Valve Cover Gasket How-To...??

Has anyone changed the intake gasket on their GT? I've got a '98 GT Coupe and... turns out that I've got an intake gasket leak. In addition I need to change the valve cover gaskets as well.

I've never done a fix of this size before and would appreciate any help or any advice someone/anyone could give.I feel confident in my abilities, but as with anything else... I always welcome any wisdom that can be imparted on me from someone more knowledgeable!

I've got a Haynes Repair Manual and that should help quite a bit...
