Have you tried getting a boost yet?

Clicking is solenoid. But, you may not have enough current supply from battery to turn over starter motor.

Try removing cable from starter motor, cleaning connections with sandpaper / steelwool, then reassemble & test.

Starter may be going also; if cleaning the terminals doesn't help, try knocking the side of the starter with a screwdriver handle or (lightly) with a hammer. If that helps, you'll need a starter. They tend to fail in the winter.

Re: 1992 Starting problem

Shop will likely charge you an hour of labor, and count on the starter being twice what you'd pay for it at a parts store. Probably less than $200.

I think it's 2 bolts and an electrical connection to take it off, so the actual repair isn't too difficult, if you wanted to try it yourself.
