96 g20 vs. 92 accord lx
Ok people i have a question,
Which car would be more likely to win in a race, a 96 infiniti g20 or a 92 accord lx. They are both 5 sp. Just all i have is a k&n air filter while he has and intake and a header. Now i was just wondering for some input on this situation. He always talks saying a lot but we havent raced b/c of the weather yet. Also if anyone has raced one please tell me. Thanks peace

on paper, i think the accord LX only has 125 or 130 hp, it has a 2.0l engine...should weight a lil bit less(my family had a 92 accord EX that was 2950 lbs or so), so i think your G has an advantage

i have beaten my friends 93 lx auto and 97 lx auto in my auto 93.4g20. all cars were stcok so i think u should do fine

I do think your G20 should win because you have some more torque and more hp, But I think the ultimate figure in who will win the race or not is the driver, if your not that good and he is you'll probably lose but if you guys are about the same then you should win. In other words go out race and see who wins. Plus just because he has a header doesn't mean shit for all we know it could be pacesetter and we all know what great quality that stuff is. I raced my friends 90' accord in my 93 G20 stock to stock and smoked his ass but thats more or less because he can't launch but even from a roll i pulled so i would say chances are in your favor.
