89 ford bronco 11 clutch

my 89 ford bronco 11 is a real piece....every week something new. today, when i went outide, the clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor, without ant tension. it will not go in gear. i reved it to 2500 rpm and it slipped into second enough to get it into the garage. i checked out a clutch kit on ebay, but will i have to change the slave cyl, and the tubes, need help.

Sounds like it could be the clutch master cylinder, which the pedal operates, not the clutch or slave.
