Does anybody know what the size of the 1993 crown vic rear differential is called? Is it 8.8-10 or something? Also does anyone here know which mustangs (year and model) have the same rear diff? Thanks.

Re: Crown Victoria rear differential
According to an earlier post about 12 pages back, '88 and up use 8.8 rear ends.

Re: Crown Victoria rear differential
All panthers from as far back as the early '80s use the Ford 8.8" rear gearset, with 28 spline axle shafts.
This is common for Mustang V-8s, as well as F-series and E-series "150" models, and *some* Ranger models. |
