Fog and Frost problem inside car

I'm having issues with excessive fog inside my 2000 CR-V. Now that the extreme cold has hit I'm now having to scrape the inside of my car windows as well. Anyone know why its doing this and how I can fix it? The defogger doesn't seem to be doing much. A friend thought it might be a leaky door seal but I wanted to check for other suggestions too. Thanks for the help!

When you put the defroster on make sure the A/C is on also. This really helps with the fog. And keep it on fresh air too.

air should come on when you turn on the defroster, but when you park it at night make sure its on recirulate so you cant get cold air in the car over night...
