rattle by radiator after coolant change 2002

Had a coupon for a coolant change, so had it done at a shop. Shortly after leaving town I noticed a metallic rattle, as it was late I just drove the rest of the way home. Anyway if you look in the area where the radiator cap is, through that hole, next to the cap, down a ways, there is a channel iron or whatever, going from left to right between the radiator and air conditioner condensor (I think what it's called). That painted iron is what is loose. It looks like I have to take the grill off to get to it, but haven't spent a lot of time investigating yet, I think there is a bolt right there on the end to tighten. If anyone knows what I am talking about, is that the way to go about getting to it, or is there a better way? I also haven't looked how difficult removing the grill cover is yet. Would that have gotten loose when they changed the coolant? Thanks.

I got to the bolt I wanted to tighten, but it seems to be loose on the other end too. The other end is not the same. Is there anywhere I can perhaps look at to see a parts schematic or something like that to see what that brace holds or if I need to even worry about getting it to completely quit rattling? I'd like to see how it's attached on the other end before I really tear it apart.
