spark plug heat wrap
does it work? whats the benifits of it?
we have some at work and i was thinking of getting it because noone knows about it at work so i can just slip it out easily lol

you dont need it. Spark plug wires can take the beating...the engine bay in my old AE86 Corolla caught fire many years ago and one of the few that I salvaged was the set of TRD high tension wires.

awesome, i was just curious cuz they look neat (shiny) and wanted to know if they'd be useful
would i be able to use em for anything else in the engine bay that might be damaged due to heat?

unless you're running a turbo and your engine bay gets ridiculously hot, most cables and wire looms are fine. I've seen people heat wrap their A/C hoses though which run right on top of your header...or wrap the header instead... *although I heard that wrapping your header may affect longterm life and quality.

yeah it don't do shit unless you have turbo, my mitsu is heat wrap better them M&M can rap.
