you learn something new everyday.. anyways i guess i have everything but leather.. and cloth isn't bad at all.. 11 year old cloth doesn't look half as bad as 11 year old leather..

yea this lsd thing is a good question. On my new coupe, i have the base model. NO POWER ANYTHING. or no hicas. But i did a massive burnout and left two track marks!!! but one side left a little bit longer mark(like a foot or two longer)?? i guess this is right. Also i heard that the housing for the lsd should have "fins" on it. I guess for cooling???? Dont know if thats true. I just thought my car wouldnt have an lsd because its a base model. But it left two marks so that made my day go happier lol.

also when i was practicing 1st gear donuts i noticed i was leaving more than one mark.

i have the feeling that because they were both spinning at the exact same time, your diff didn't know that there was no traction so it kept them spinning.. and then as soon as one caught, it put the power to the other wheel.. when i first did a massive smoke show i left about 30 feet of tire marks and it was from both tires.. neither longer than the other..and i remember that cause we tried to measure how long it was and both marks went just as far

LSD's work instantaneously, and it is possible to spin both wheels without an LSD, so don't dissapoint yourself.

it is possible to spin one wheel with an lsd, too. if it happens that you are on a level surface, and the traction on both rear tires is almost exactly the same, it can spin both tires. if you really want to know if youve got one, just jack up the rear end and spin one tire, if the other spins the same way, its a vlsd(stock on se models with abs). all non se models had base lsd, and the other wheel will spin opposite way.
