99 civic completly dead

my 99 honda civic lx will not start (no power, no lights, it's like there is no battery in the car). The ignition switch was replaced about 10 days ago and worked fine for 9 of those days. Also had the timing belt and water pumped replaced too. The car will not shift out of park. Any advice would be great.
