Where is the IAC located on a 2000 JGC, and is it easy to replace?

Re: IAC Location

Yes it is easy to replace - just 2 T25 Torx Bit screws, and a electrical connector.

It is located ont he back of the Throttle Body, has a 4-wire electrical connector, It's the only one on the TB with a 4-wire connector.
