In my 88 Voyager the head lamps will not turn on any more. The high beams will light only when the lever is held in position. I have replaced both head lamps, and checked all fuses, and still the problem presists. Anybody have a solution for me? I was next going to replace the switch

Re: 88 Voyager/Caravan Headlights wont work
Make sure your headlight fluid is topped off . . . .
just kidding. On the 88's, the switch is the shaft type in the dash, before you replace it, make sure the wiring harness hasn't fallen off the back of it. Also, the shaft itself slides into the switch and the switch clicks into a a little groove on the shaft, there is a button to depress on the side of the switch to remove or replace the shaft. I'd make sure the shaft was "clicked" before replacing the switch. |
