radio turns on, can't seek/tune...very odd

2001 grand Sport, 94K. Radio sound is good, turns on/off, bal & fade work. but can't set channels ,seek or tune off of the one station...It's like when it was detailed too much juice got in and messed up those buttons....can't set clock either

Did you ever find out how to fix this as mine just started doing it about 3 days ago .1997 GC ..Im stuck on some old am station ..If anyone knows about this please reply. Thanks Brian
