making tubular headers for my metro

1.5" tubing, 3/8" flange into a 2.5" merge then down to a 2" 3 bolt flange. from there it'll all be 2" pipe into a high flow cat then into some sorta muffler then dumped for no tip.

it's a daily driver and i'm not looking for performance just better mpg. should help. will cost me nothing i'm using spare pipe i have laying around from my turbo build on my truck.

when i do it i'll post pics but i figured i'd share. i proly ceramic coat the headers for long last durability.
