b16a with stock tranny?

yes your LS tranny will work fine with the b16a. You'll have longer gearing than the b16a tranny, but it will bolt up fine.

yup, you'll just be in a gear longer without having to switch. It won't accelerate as quickly as it would with a b16a tranny. It is good for cruising around and saving on gas though. And you'll still feel the power difference, it won't effect that at all.

flippp...but would the acceleration be faster than wit normal stock tranny and engine?
