96 3.2tl starter

I think the starter is going out because it ticks before starting. Changed the battery and it still does it. I've located the starter, but it seems that it's held by a bolt from one side(the one that I can get to) and it seems there's a bolt or pin located approx 180 degrees. I would like to know how you remove the starter. Is it removing one bolt or two--normally it's two, but can't see it.
