Starter relay switch HELP

I have traced a starting problem to the starter relay switch on a 1991 Escort. The trouble is I can't find out where the starter relay switch is to change it out.
Any one -A little help here

The starter relay (solonoid) is located just behind the battery on the L/H inner fender. The Red (+) battery cable is attached to one side of the relay, the other side to the starter. Make sure the relay has a good ground at the mounting bolts.
