Folks,
Just got a 2000 Silhouette to replace my busted up Aurora, darn deer & guardrails!! Will the '97 Aurora (Classic) wheels fit on the Silhouette?? Thanks in advance... Tx |

Re: Aurora Wheels on a Silhouette ?
If you can get your hands on a Hollander manual, it might be able to tell you if the swap would work. A lot of salvage yards use these, so you might want to give them a call. It is an interchange book which lets the person know what parts from what vehicles are interchangeable.

Re: Aurora Wheels on a Silhouette ?
I have no idea, but I will comment with this...
I have a 93 Silhouette, and I bought some wheels off of a 90 touring sedan. same size and width, but the offset was slightly different. I wound up having to grind off 1/8" from the bracket on the brake pads to keep them from rubbing. Keep that in mind, if you do buy them and they don't quite fit right |
